We are Tex – Mex cuisine. As our original name suggests, we initiated Cincinnati chili (or Cincinnati-style chili), a Mediterranean-spiced meat sauce used as a topping for spaghettis and hot dogs, a blend of spices and beef. This led to our well-known signature for creating the most delicious and remarkable chili taste, followed by our famous cheese coney and spaghetti. We developed our dream to serve burgers, salads, and signature sandwiches in our house.
